In my short life so far I have worked in different industries that have helped me gain several pieces of knowledge and experience that I have learned to combine to help me excel at whatever level I may be. My several years of customer service help me to be patient with customers and resolve their issues in an efficient order. I've learned how to work in a fast paced or hostile environment and get the job done.
During my time with Waitr, my duties included picking up food and delivering the food to customers in a timely manner. While working for waiter I increased my skills in working with employees from other businesses to insure that the customer received the absolute best service.
On the farm my duties were many which included tending to the cattle, working the cattle when needed, cleaning up the property with a tractor, bobcat, or by hand, helping the owner with whatever he might need including mowing, roofing, and plumbing. This job taught me a lot about working equipment and how to tend to and work cattle.
My duties at Walmart included assisting stocking the store in whatever department my assistance might be needed, assisting customers in the electronics department, whether that be over the phone or face to face in the store, and keeping my area clean and in an orderly fashion. This job taught me how to handle customers over the phone and taught me patience with customers.
CVS was my first official job. My duties at CVS included stocking the store, cleaning the store whether it be mopping or wiping the shelves and registers down, sacking customers groceries and helping take them to their car if needed, and customer service. I learned how to help customers with whatever need they may have no matter the situation.
