In the 2 seasons as an Assistant Coach for the Bold City Battalion I was directly responsible for the defensive core, penalty kill, and power play. These various roles came with more responsibilities than just game day operations that included.

• Assisted in creating weekly practice plans to develop individual and team skills.
• Led weekly film sessions highlighting team success along with video analysis on opponents.
• Game day strategies.
• Collaborated with head coach to develop training programs tailored to individual player and team needs.
• Recruiting, scouting, and developing players.

As an assistant coach with the Jr.Icemen my responsibilities included.

• Assisting in executing weekly on ice practice plans.
• Monitored athlete progress, providing constructive feedback to improve techniques and strategies.
• Mentored athletes on sportsmanship, leadership skills, and work ethic.
• Created a healthy environment for players to deveolope their skills while growing their love for hockey.
• Kept open communication among players, coaches and parents.
