I am a hard worker and a fast learner. I have always stayed engaged with my community having completed over 200 hours of volunteer service and serving as vice president of The Wildlife Society throughout my collegiate career. I graduated from the college of agriculture, biotechnology, and natural resources at the University of Nevada Reno with coursework specializing in ArcGIS and complying with environmental laws, especially in regards to NEPA. My course in NEPA entailed studying all aspects of an EA/EIS and creating mock drafts for maximum compliance.
Additional classes allowed me to obtain species identification skills through dichotomous keys, gain an understanding on appropriate laboratory procedures, and managing and analyzing field data through multiple applications including excel and forest vegetation simulator.
