• Assist lead driller with daily tasks, moving augers, rods and other materials needed for the day

Scouting crop fields for diseases and pests. Perform soil sampling, corn testing as well as sweeping for alfalfa weevil during season. Winter months we made and fixed maps using gis

• Daily crop scouting at designated farms across WNY for unwanted pests and diseases
• Studied and observed over 40 different types of weeds and a dozen pests.

• Assisting and helping with installation of rotary and robots across different farms

• Taught to build and assemble milking robots
• Trained with other workers to and from other farms across Western NY.

• Studied individual skills such as roofing, carpentry and masonry work from designated team leaders
• Loading and transport other scrap metal and mulch.

• Learned basic wood working skills as well as mowing with a small tractor
• Helped maintain grounds with standard procedures.
