I'm someone people can rely on to follow through, once I commit to something, I see it through to completion. I work well within groups, with a strong sense of when to contribute and when to listen. I naturally gravitate toward leadership and prefer to lead by example rather than simply direct others. Effort is never something I lack. I'm also driven by a competitive mindset, bringing the same level of focus and determination to team goals and long-term ambitions that others reserve for high-stakes situations
