I take a student centered approach to my teaching. The lessons I teach should be adaptable and catered to the needs of my students. I focus on building relationships that can lead to students feeling comfortable in their learning environment. I provide opportunities for students to be successful and learn from failure. My ultimate goal is that all my students find an active and healthier life style. This style should be their own, and allow for sustainability throughout life.
