As a self-employed Small Engine Mechanic, I offer pick-up and delivery services, conduct routine maintenance, and handle both minor and major repairs for a variety of recreational, commercial, and industrial outdoor power equipment. I interact with the public daily, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled and repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Work with the public on a daily basis to ensure their needs are met and repairs are made timely and efficiently.

I was employed as a field technician tasked with rigging up, operating, maintaining, and ensuring proper bead concentration was mixed and present in drilling fluid. Collaborated intimately with drilling rig staff and operator personnel to guarantee that daily tasks were executed promptly and with professionalism.

Mix and maintain healthy water base and oil base mud for well drilling operations. Perform maintenance and maintain rig mud pumps during drilling operations. Perform all other Derrick hand responsibilities on a daily bases as needed in the West Texas Division.

Oversaw and implemented all well drilling operations as a night PIC in the Watonga, OK area. Worked with Drilling Contractor and all 3rd party companies to safely, efficiently, and effectively drill, set casing, and cement horizonal wells. Gained experience accurately filling out and sending daily morning reports. 

At my one year mark I started relief pushing on my rig and after a couple months of that I was permenately given the position. I have learn what it takes to run a buisness and be a successful leader for the crews on this rig. I have taken pride in upholding the company values and molding the men on my rig to perform as I have learned to perform over the years in this industry.

I hired on with Precision as a floorhand and my 3rd day I was promoted to driller. Over the next year I got familiar with Precision Drilling and the PDOS AC rig. I set the standard for how they wanted their drillers to perform both as a leader for my crew and in being efficient and minimizing flat times during transitions from one job to the next. Job planning and being prepared for the next phase was key. 

As a locate technician for Usic I was responsible for locating and correctly marking High and Low profile buried utilities prior to excavation to prevent damage to the utility or injury to personnel. I was responsible for planning my day to be most efficient and putting in the time required to keep up with the work load. I worked with contractors and home owners in a professional manner to obtain and maintain a professional working relationship. 

While working at Cummins I was the manager of the new and used autos detail/bodyshop. I had roughly 8 full time and part time employees working for me. I was in charge of making sure that the shop production kept up with demand, keeping the employees motivated with a positive attitude, and keeping all supplies ordered and in stock as needed. I was also able to hone my people skills with both upper management and customers.
