• Ensured that weld leads/whips were in tack and ready to go prior to every shift.

• intermediate knowledge on operating teach pennants and correcting crashed robotic welders.

• Using Mig spray arc transfer, or known as pulse, I hand welded out C-5 forklift chassis.

• Inspected finished trucks for porosity and to ensure all welds were visually pleasing.

• Working with others to determine underlying issues such as fixes for water lines, gas lines, and sewage lines.
• Order materials and determine fittings and other needed items for the job.
• Install new residential or commercial items such as waterheaters, water fixtures, water closets, and black piped in new gas lines.

• Use heavy machinery to load and unload logs from semi trailers.
• Load logs onto a table for sawmill operations.
• Sawed and removed debris and took slabs and sized them down in the edging machine.
• Band wrap bunks of finished wood and labeled them based on cubic inches.
• Replaced saw bands on the machine prior to work and as needed throughout the day.
