  • As a Production supervisor my job requires a good working relationship with Union operators. I am required to ensure that all operators have everything they may need to complete their job safely and efficiently. I am in charge of scheduling and staffing overtime for the plant. I am the supervisor over the reactors at the plant. My job requires walking down LOTO for any planned or unplanned maintenance. These lockouts involve hazardous chemicals the plant uses daily. My job also requires me to be on call to assist with any issues that may come up at the plant.
