Since working at the AMF, I have fallen in love with aerospace and the critical work we do as a company for our country. Composite Manufacturing Technician B

- Provide technical composite manufacturing and production work for multiple missile defense programs
- Worked in different areas of expertise in THAAD, SM-3 1B Housings and the Cutting Table
- Served as a SME in leading tours for different programs when required.
- Specifically, at the cutting table supported NGI, THAAD, SM-3 2A/ 1B, ESR-19, Sentinel, Orion, and RCS.
- Troubleshot equipment issues, minimizing downtime and keeping production on track to meet deadlines.
- Function as a SME for SM3-1B Housings, Cutting Table, and in THAAD Deprep.
- Work closely with Managers, Supervisors, Inspectors, Program Integrators, Engineers, and Engineering Technicians to maintain production at the AMF.
- Routinely work with engineering to improve manufacturing processes and planning.
- Participated in multiple engineering trials and investigations, which included the SM3-1B Path C Housing trials and the Chemlok investigation which directly supported the MPE lab with fabrication test of BIT's/BIS's and acted as a resource/SME from operations.
- I have fostered a team-oriented environment, resolving conflicts, and promoting collaboration to achieve shared goals. In my role in SM3-1B Housings I have taken on a leadership role to meet our production deadlines and goals.
