Summary
I have always loved learning not only modern military tactics and techniques, but also those of the past. I would spend many long hours studying and learning lessons of the past, not only that of the artillery side of the Army, but the Army as a whole, as well as what units are known for. Preserving, understanding and teaching of history is one of the greatest feats a person can provide. When I would Teach the history of certain topics to other soldiers, they would gain a new appreciation for the history of the topic, as well I would get the joy of teaching, one of my favorite things to do.
