The College Success Foundation (CSF) is a non-profit organization that helps low-income and underrepresented students access and graduate from college across Washington state. CSF provides a variety of services; including advising, financial aid, and scholarships, to help students overcome systemic barriers to higher education. The PREP program on the Olympic Peninsula is a partnership between CSF, Gates Foundation, and other organizations to increase college enrollment for underrepresented students in the region.
