I worked in a primary care clinic. I called patients after they were discharged from the hospital to check on them and make sure they had everything they needed. Plus made sure they knew which medication to take and schedule them a follow up appointment if they needed it. I also took care of triage calls over the phone. As well as, nurse visits for injection teaching for patients. I also helped medical assistant's with questions they had.

While working for Christian Living Communities I worked as a staff nurse and as a supervisor. I passed medications to residents in the rehab unit, the dementia unit and in the long term care unit. I took care of wound dressings as well. As a supervisor I oversaw the staff and had an open door policy. I was always a listening ear to the staff, residents and their families.
