30 years in aerospace procurement. Multiple major space programs. One consistent focus: building supplier ecosystems that perform when the mission depends on it.
I've spent a significant portion of my career in high-visibility programs including NASA's Artemis Program, where procurement complexity is matched only by the stakes. My work has centered on supplier management across the full lifecycle — from source selection and qualification through performance monitoring, corrective action, and long-term partnership development.
Core capabilities:
• Artemis Program procurement: flight hardware sourcing, NASA FAR/DFARS compliance, long-lead material planning
• Supplier relationship management: Tier 1 & 2 oversight, supplier scorecards, performance-based contracting
• Risk mitigation: single-source dependencies, supply chain disruption response, make/buy analysis
• Contract strategy: fixed-price, cost-plus, and incentive-based structures for space and defense programs
• Cross-functional leadership: bridging procurement, engineering, quality, and program management
I bring a track record of keeping complex programs on schedule by treating supplier management as a strategic discipline, not an administrative function.
Actively exploring procurement leadership roles in space, defense, or aerospace manufacturing as well as exploring other fields.
