Understand the disaster assistance protocols, SOPs and guidelines
Provide information on various social security programs, retirement, disability, survivor, SSI ,Medicare either phone or interaction with the public.
Review individual records and documents to determine eligibility for benefits.
Assist individuals with the application process, including gathering the necessary documentation.
Maintain accurate beneficiary information for the Social Security Administration system.
Process SS-5 forms or replacements SSA cards for new applicants, Visa, Gender change, Marriage, Divorce Decree, Diversity
Printout award letters for the claimants, upload information return information for the customer
Managed high-stress situations effectively, maintaining professionalism under pressure while resolving disputes or conflicts.
