Tanya Brumett

I am a retired classroom teacher with twenty-five years of experience in instructing secondary students in both honors and standard English Language Arts. I developed, implemented, and assessed curriculum in reading, writing, and advanced grammar ensuring state standards mastery and skill growth. I served as English department head for fifteen years mentoring team members and coordinating programs and educational techniques across the department. I have exceptional communication skills with both adults and students. I also have excellent time management skills and flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing and unpredictable environment.
