  • Interpreted and explained human resources policies, procedures, or regulations. Informed job applicants of duties and responsibilities, compensation, and benefits.
  • Managed HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure efficient data management and accurate reporting.
  • Process for approving leaves: Report any inaccuracies to the manager or supervisor as necessary.
  • Reports: Leave without pay, Critical leave, Sick/FMLA/OJI, Undocumented sick.
  • OJI Coordinator: complete FNOL on Care MC, communicate with Corvell claims handlers, nurses, injured workers, etc.

  • Employee Termination: escort the employee to the workstation to monitor and assist the employee in packing personal belongings; escort employees to the vehicle. In the employees' absences, pack all employees' personal belongings, and mail them via certified mail through the U.S.P.S.
  • Assist with conducting a Departmental Needs Assessment to assess the needs of 13 departments within the Assessor of Property office by gathering and analyzing information provided by employees, supervisors, and managers.
