• Perform balancing operations on a large number of accounting activities
• Utilize several system applications to research accounting transactions

• Reconcile revenue for the Commercial Motor Carrier Unit

• Analyze consumer complaints of fraud related to Driver Licenses and Identification Cards

• Assist the Driver License Fraud Unit Supervisor with testing agency systems to recommend modifications
• Exercise independent judgment to determine the appropriate administrative action
• Conduct interviews with victims and complainants
