- Answer client calls and manage a workload of client applications for two utility assistance programs
- Utilize and enter information into two different systems (one for each program) to process applications in compliance with program guidelines
- Carefully review documentation provided by clients to determine program eligibility and contact clients for any required documents that are missing
- Communicate with clients via telephone, internet, and in-person and advise them of program requirements/status
- Occasionally attend company and utility outreach events promoting the programs
- Perform other duties as assigned and necessary for the administrative functioning of the department
- Communication, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task are essential
