Phone skills
A very large part of my restaurant job was answering the phone to take orders, answer questions, or take reservations for the night. I am extremely comfortable on the phone to problem solve or simply to do my job.
Computer skills
As someone who grew up in the 2000s, computers were a huge part of my curriculum. We learned to type in middle school, and in high school we took technology classes. Microsoft word and power point were huge parts of our education. I am a quick learner when it comes to the computer or any device really and it would be very easy for me to learn whatever program is used by the company.
