Experienced, loving and patient childcare professional adept at staying organized and managing hectic schedules. Adheres to kind and compassionate approach when helping with behavioral management. I will always communicate and establish parents needs on parenting styles and strategies to ensure everyone is on the same page. Career history serving individual and multiple families in the childcare field.
I have 25 + years in the field, which gave me experience in daycare (infant, toddler and preschool) and did nannying for some of those families.
I was a stay at home mom for 17 years (3 kids, set of Irish twins) while working for the United States Marine Corps.
I’ve been involved, developed and run family programs for the Marine Corps for 15 years providing assistance with their children and in charge of developing a schedule with child geared activities for Marine Corps Family Events. I’m also passionate about being organized, and earned my certification in Professional Organizing and Time management. I love to develop a schedule for my families. They can see what their children are doing throughout the day, and it’s consistent. My mom has run a daycare for the past 15 years and my aunt runs one as well, for over 15 and I have assisted them for years. I’m CPR and First Aid Certified (infant, child and adult) Water Safety Certified as well as a Certified Sleep Trainer. Im also fully COVID vaccinated and received my booster. I’m currently a nanny, for two wonderful families on Long Island. Have a great day and I look forward to hearing from you soon!!
