  • Secured several grants from various sources to support animal welfare programs expansion and growth including: supplies for Dog Field Trip program, life-saving neonatal kitten programs and nursery, improved equipment for vet team, $115,000 grant to create Community Care Center providing basic veterinary care to owned pets, and $223,000 grant from the State of Hawaii to increase public spay and neuter services.
  • Planned and implemented several donor engagement events such as PAWS for Celebration (a fundraising gala) including live and silent auctions and Fund A Need components. Executed intimate donor cultivation events to increase awareness and participation in high end projects.
  • Redesigned Membership Program to include more desirable benefit package, while increasing number of donors and revenue from program.
