- If they are new to dentistry. I train them to know the instruments, products, and what they are for.
- I purchase all dental materials and equipment. I communicate with all representatives and I am responsible of all negotiations for pricing of materials and equipment.
- I schedule lunch-and-learns and training sessions for the office.
- I repair dental equipment and other things around the offices. As there are two locations where I perform these duties.
- I run reports for doctor payroll that have to do with the lab billing in Dentrix.
- I get invoices and statements together for payment.
- Create SOPs for the practice. Dealing with the back office.
- We designed our surgical operatory for better efficiency at our practice. From beginning to completion.
- I schedule technicians for repairs and any maintenance for the office, as well as our prime scanners and mills.
- I do the purging of our prime scanners to the hard drives to recover more storage, to add more cases.
