Tanya Thies

I am a dedicated educator with history of meeting company goals utilizing consistent and organized practices. Skilled in working under pressure and adapting to new situations and challenges to best enhance the organizational brand. Throughout my teaching experience, expectations and strategies have been consistently changing to meet the needs of our students and families across the nation. I have continually improved my teaching methods, produced high percentage success outcomes of student learning, and am motivated to transition my skills to help achieve company goals. I am currently enrolled and have complete half of the National Board Certification Program for Educators. My goal is to acquire and maintain a full-time position that offers professional, challenging projects that will benefit from my interpersonal skills, my excellent time management skills, and my years of service in the education profession.

Teaching an entire classroom of students has an energy and an atmosphere that reminds me of why I became a teacher. To see groups of students working together to perform challenges I present to them and to be successful at it, is rewarding in itself. However, giving one on one private piano lessons to individual students, has a significant result of gratification because I get to establish valuable relationships with my students with individualized time with them.
