As Banquet Manager I was responsible for all aspects of banquet department including hiring, training, scheduling, meeting labor budgets, event set-up, AV requirements, execution, meal service, and tear down.

As Beverage Manager, I managed a busy hotel night club, banquet beverage service and oversaw all restaurant sales of alcoholic beverages at the hotel.
During the summer season, I was one of four managers overseeing a department of 50 employees on a fifteen hundred acre resort. The department grossed 3.5 million during a six month season catering, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, pool-side parties, weddings, cocktail hours, barbecues, ice show buffet, sleigh ride dinners, golf course breaks and company conferences such as Allen & Company, Budweiser, Les Schwab.
