Helping Families with school related issues with behavior, IEPs and Parent /Teacher conferences. Building relationships with families to best support them with help form community agencies. Informing families of District-wide meetings and helping schools build and maintain PTO groups and work with Title One initiatives, workshops and provide resources and information to schools and families.

Provide and instructional environment that is engaging, positive and interactive. Develop and implement lesson plans based on Headstart curriculum and procedures. Conduct ongoing assessments to support individual instruction and monitor progress of students, consistently sharing information with families. Building relationships with families to support the student.
