I gained experience in administering medication and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols. I also monitored patient vitals, lab values and reported significant changes to healthcare teams promptly. Experienced in time manage due to our 1: 6 ratio as well as responding promptly to emergency situations, utilizing critical thinking skills to prioritize patient needs.

Gain experience in pediatrics, providing care for a 6yr old girl who was, g-tube dependent, non-ambulatory, non-verbal and seizure prone. Gaining knowledge in kangaroo pumps, bolus feeds, seizure precautions/management, as well as collaborating with healthcare teams to coordinate effective patient care and address concerns promptly.

Experienced in g-tube management/care, pain control, recognizing clinical changes that require immediate medical attention examined and treated patients' injuries and pressure wounds to promote healing, gained some experience in trachea cleaning/changing.

Began nursing on the Surgical Trauma unit. Gaining experience in orthopedic procedures, after care treatments for those patients as well. I gained experience in TURPs, G-tubes, PEG tube, Dobhoff management, Foley insertion/care, IV insertion/drip, and TPN start/management.
