Overhauled 10 AC Motors, engaging in a comprehensive process that involved disassembly, burning/stripping, data recording, insulating, winding, varnishing, and assembly. Additionally, I conducted rigorous testing to ensure the effectiveness of the repairs.
• Achieved substantial cost savings for the Navy, totaling over $145,000, by expertly repairing and overhauling existing inventory and parts. These efforts were recognized with commendation during my tenure.
• Maintained a vigilant watch over all shipboard systems while participating in the watch team. I also supervised the performance of generators, switchboards, control systems, and electrical equipment to ensure operational readiness.

• Conducted maintenance checks, repairs, and troubleshooting of the electrical distribution system on utility boats, ensuring their operational readiness.
• Assisted in drafting well-defined Engineering Operation Procedures for Harbor Security Boats, contributing to the verification of the safe and reliable operation of all equipment by the Boat Crew Division.
• Performed maintenance, repair, and support activities for ship power systems, including switchboards, load distribution systems, lighting circuits, electrical fixtures, motors, voltage and frequency regulators, and controllers.
