Reported to the Contract Manager and Supervisor carrying out the following duties:

• Leading electrician in the Preventative Maintenance team executing electrical, software and hydraulics maintenance on Epiroc Pit Viper 270, 271 and 275, ROC F9, DM 30ii and DM 50 drill rigs.
• Analysis and approval of Safe Work Permit and Job Risk Analysis, Lock Out and Tag out on Preventive and Corrective Maintenance while carrying out routine tests and maintenance on the Rig Control System, System Software Updating and Calibration, Air Conditioning Systems, Electrical Systems, Compressor (Pneumatic) Systems and Hydraulic Systems.
• Improved reliability on electrical systems, standardizing systems and ensuring a cut in production downtime while holding a high accord on the customer needs, maintaining 80.46% Availability against a budget of 67%, MTBF average 30 hours against a target of 24 hours after Preventive Maintenance.

Reported to the Training Manager, carrying out the following duties:

• Designing high-impact training and learning development interventions, developing competency frameworks, learning materials, and training programs that effectively enhanced and customized the program based on the participants' learning process and career that improved technical aptitude in the workshop and plant breakdown services, significantly improving productivity by 75 % within 6 months, in turn achieving positive technical awareness, diagnostics, and problem-solving skills.
• Assessing and evaluating artisans, implementing tracking and accountability controls to ensure follow through of all technical needs aligned to training reducing labor turnover by 30%.
• Identified the training needs of electricians with help from Workshop Supervisors and implemented career path training development programs that improved the technical quality of work reducing downtime by 70%.

Reported to the Foreman and Manager carrying out the following duties:

• Carrying out all truck electrical systems services, starter motor repairs and alternator repairs and maintenance, keeping a sustainable low Cost Per Kilometer threshold.
• Maintained forklifts, trucks and trailers in various departments of the supply chain, guaranteeing a 80% fleet availability in the supply chain.
• Preparing daily vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring availability of our client's fleet and equipment and assisted in critical mechanical failures, rebuilds and roadside assistance guaranteeing an 80% fleet availability in the supply chain.
