Work History

Family Farmer

Adams Farms
08.2008 - Current

I own and help operate a 400 acre grain, hay, and beef cattle farm with my husband and 3 children in southeastern Paulding County. I am a 6th generation farmer and understand the struggles and hurdles of today's farmer. My father currently operates my family farm while we operate ours. We assist him with his farming, cattle, and hay/straw making as much as possible. I have had a passion for the Ag industry from the age of 9, when I showed my first fat steer at The Paulding Co Fair. Working with my husband and father daily has really shown me why I should get back into the Ag industry in a professional capacity. It will allow me to re-develop some of those skills I learned in 4-H and FFA along with using the ones I already do at home on the farm. I am always looking forward to developing new skills for the present challenges in the industry and help find solutions for the older ones, while always considering for the next generation as well.
