Provided Occupational Therapy treatment under a supervising Occupational Therapist to patients at the Jewish Home at Rockleigh and the Jewish Home Assisted living (Short Term, Long Term, and Outpatient). Provided ADL re-training, therapeutic exercises and activities, neuromuscular re-education training, group therapy, and wheelchair training to patients recovering from or living with a variety of diagnoses and disorders. Collaborated with the Occupational Therapist to establish a plan of care to maximize the patients level of function and quality of life. Conducted home evaluations to promote safe patient discharges.
