Job Functions:
Oversees staff of employee's
Responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of Center's Special Operations programs (Individual Placement & Support, Homeshare, Peer Support,
Supported Housing, Highway to Hope, and Community Education & Prevention).
Maintains fidelity for Special Ops programs by delivering direct care to patients in need of IPS support.
Ensures team members and programs are efficient, effective and support Center clinical and financial goals.
Attends all meetings prepared to address agenda items. Collaborates with Center supervisors for program planning, evaluation, and development.
Provides an array of services to adult clients in support of assigned clinicians as a means
of evaluating program effectiveness and scope and providing clinical supervision to staff.
Completes documentation of pertinent clinical and other information in accordance with QNQI
standards, policies, and procedures
6. Serves as Person-In-Charge as designated to address clinical and administrative activities.
7. Adheres to Center, DMH and State Corporate Compliance policies, procedures, and regulations.
8. Responsible for supervision, oversight, and development of the Multidimensional Family
Therapy program. Supervises clinical employees to ensure they meet EPMS goals, including PCH,
family outcomes, medical record documentation, and positive customer service. Participates in MDFT
community council meets to ensure clinicians maintain fidelity to the MDFT model.
9. Completes other job-related duties in support of the Center's mission.
