  • Provided clerical and other responsibilities for the Appeal Tribunal Department across the State. The Appeal Tribunal holds and hears first-level of appeals from the original determination in disputed claims for Unemployment. I worked on both the claimant and employer appeals. Responded to internal and external inquires; forwarded correspondence to the appropriate personnel or department. Communicated effectively, responded courteously to all emails promptly. Performed other duties as assigned, which may include cross-training to assist other units as needed. Initially I started out with Peak Performers as a temporary assignment. After many months I was asked if I wanted to work remotely, and I obliged. On October 17, 2022, I was offered a full time-permanent position with TWC, I immediately responded with a Yes. I started out as an Administrative Assistant/Case Processor, then received a raise and bonus after a year and a half. In July of 2025 I received a promotion and another raise. I am more than happy to add many more duties and responsibilities I performed.
