I have gained over a decade of experience in the bakery. I am familiar with all areas of the bakery including clerking/packaging, baking, and cake decorating as well as several management duties that extend beyond the assistant manager duties. I'm knowledgeable in all procedures within the bakery and store as well as food safety and OSHA practices. I've acquired the experience in the bakery to know what is needed of a bakery leader and feel comfortable within that role.
