Currently managing at Mission Taqueria. After six and a half years with the company I'm looking to expand my experience. After an abrupt end with my previous employer (Kevin Sbraga) I was recruited to work at Mission Taqueria. I quickly earned promotions and have been managing for five out of the six and a half years I've been employed with the company. I've held nearly every FOH position, with the exception of bartending, throughout my 11 years of working in the industry (Baby Blues BBQ, Sbraga, The Fat Ham, The lil Fat Ham, Mission Taqueria). I definitely prefer, and excel in, high volume settings.
