I currently work remote, for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and the top agent on my team. I have 20+ years of customer service experience, solving any problem that comes up. I am responsible, detail oriented, and a fast learner. I also train and coach agents who are not meeting the current metrics, and create workflows to help achieve their highest potential.
