
Since the start of my employment in 2008 at Open Door Community Health Centers, I have been involved in many aspects of the organization such as:
* Specialty services that include but not limited to telemedicine, cardiology, dermatology, nephrology, orthopedics, and gynecology
* Over10 years of acute after hour clinics
* Coordinating and facilitating vaccine events
* Volunteer time with Health Fairs
* Site Champion for a communication model for delivering impressive healthcare services
* Community Primary Care Renewal collaborative which assisted and helped the organization transform into a Patient Centered Medical Home with a rigorous pursuit of improvement measures and patient experiences
* Hypertension initiative project team member
* ECHC design team working with architects in designing a new clinic

Ensure efficient daily operations of the clinical support staff
Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, construct and maintain working relationships with all level of employees, patients and community members
Ensure orientation, training and review of all new hires and other staff to promote teamwork and collegiality while promoting competency, efficiency and accessibility
Expertly preform MA duties and assist with diagnostic testing by collecting and processing specimens
Train and support MA's and support back office staff in all essential duties and responsibilities
Review productivity, Quality Improvement and other benchmark reports, develop expectations and enhance workflows in collaboration with staff and management
