Health and Hobbies

I enjoy taking care of my health and body. As a mother, wife and full time educator, it is vital to take care of your overall well being. It sets a positive example for all the students and staff I work collaboratively on a daily basis. Additionally, it is important for me to be in good health to a great wife and mother to my sons.I also enjoy reading and traveling. I am currently reading Atomic Habits by James Clear and 360 Leader by John C. Maxwell. I just recently traveled to Florida for the John Maxwell Leadership conference.
