Daily operational pricing management of portfolio.
Develops pricing strategies, tactics, and acts upon recommendations for maximizing occupancy, ADR, and RevPar for multiple Xanterra properties.
Communicates to, partners with, and consults the Sales and Marketing teams on time periods of opportunity and risk to achieving monthly budgets and annual plan.
Works in conjunction with the Director of Sales, Marketing, Central Reservations, and Creative Design to ensure net-profitable and consumer-appealing promotions based on demand levels, as needed.
Evaluates and identifies business opportunities and risks to enhance ancillary revenue
