Job overview

  • Work with co-chairs of business department and firm operations personnel on business development initiatives, planning and goal-setting for all practice groups and attorneys within the department.
  • Work with all leaders of 17 core practice groups within the business department, over 350 attorneys, to develop business plans that align with group and department goals.
  • Serve as lead on cross departmental industry-focused initiatives such as Agribusiness, Life Sciences, Technology, Environmental & Energy, Food & Beverage and Retail & Consumption.   • Serve as lead and key point person for all Chambers submissions for business department, 40 submissions total January - December.
  • In conjunction with senior manager, serve as direct marketing & business development advisor for all attorneys (350+) within the business department of the firm.
