Served as an Aviation Operations Sergeant for Charlie Company DUSTOFF Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC), directly supporting the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) and Fort Johnson.
· Managed the dispatch and accountability of the organizational aviation fleet of rotary wing aircraft, including the Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk, the UH72A Lakota Light Utility Helicopter, and the Sikorsky UH-60M helicopter.
· Planned and directed the development, review, and execution of aviation operations; responsible for direct oversight and all supporting aviation functions including regulatory compliance, aviation requirements validation, fleet composition, and aircraft assignments, aircrew qualifications, training and standardization, maintenance, aircraft readiness reporting, supply, aviation medicine to include aeromedical waivers, life support systems, contractor flight and ground operations, resource management, flying hour program, risk management and safety.
