Tarik Djaferi

As a person whose interest was always to work in a big environment surrounded by great and open minded people, I thought this could be the right thing for me. A place where I can share my knowledge and contribute my skills into growing the team's and people's success. Being a production operator in a large team has brought sense and confidence into me that I want to embrace and share it with others. As a trainer, I am committed to fully demonstrating the best way for effective and high quality work. I aim to support and help my team in understanding the basics of each thing.
Through this role, I hope to inspire and guide others, contribute to their growth and the overall success of the team. My goal is to create an environement where individual workers will feel like home when expressing themselves without having shame to ask twice for something. We are one big family after all.
