Automated Vertical Injection Molding Machine

• Led the design and development of a custom injection molding machine with a 1000 lbf injection force to produce high-quality ABS parts.
• Engineered a custom power mechanism, integrated pneumatic systems (90 psi), and optimized the injection process for automation.
• Implemented safety enclosures, refined heating elements (120 VAC), and reduced cycle time to under 5 minutes per shot.
