I've rated above my companies expectations in 3 out 6 1/2 years of my current employment. Following years; FY16,FY18 and FY20.
I finished FY20 with a successful ending. I was ranked #1 out of 35 funders for March 2021 with the highest processing per hour as well as 100% Quality Management score and 100% leadership audits. I was recognized in the All Employee Global Meeting.

During FY19 the Funding department was subject to a CFPB audit in which a huge concern with the customer’s name and address was different on credit applications approved by credit, contracts sent by dealers for funding and then on the account that was created. I was presented with a huge push for training. Responsibilities were learning the correct way to publish a customer’s name which required working directly with credit team . I was quick in response and designed a training that was to be executed the next week.
