Selling techniques

Accomplishments

Some of my accomplishments include passing the first test in the Court of Master Sommeliers while working at Jean Georges Steakhouse. At Roberto Cavalli I was able to convert a walk in customer and turn them into our best VIP, who was able to participate in our fashion events in Milan, and purchased several atelier gowns, I was able to achieve this by providing premier customer service, relationship building and thinking outside the box in order to achieve the sales goal required.
