- Provides admin support to the Regional Director of the department, including, and not limited to, calendaring,
phone messages, email responses, clerical support, etc.
-Prioritizes and accomplishes for the day
-Produces standardized CM reports in a timely and accurate fashion for dissemination within and external to
the department
-Creates, organizes, and accurately maintains up-to-date departmental forms, records, and files
-Appropriately schedules meetings for the Regional Director, taking into consideration the subjects, urgency,
and the time needed.
-Prioritizes and arranges details of conferences/meetings for the department at the direction of the director
-Performs other duties as defined and assigned by the Regional Director
-Designs draft agenda for meetings to be reviewed and approved by the Regional Director
-Schedule Regional Directors and department meetings as requested
- Manages frequency, attendees, and calendaring CM oversight and affiliated committees such as UM
Committee, LLOS, etc.
-Attends meetings as assigned, to take attendance, minutes, and document follow-up items for the Regional
Director and department
-Manipulates data in Excel to produce departmental performance dashboards as needed
-Produces and disseminates reports from hospital and system software systems, at the direction of the
director.
-Post and maintain up-to-date reports within the department as needed
-Assist Regional Director in building annual budget, with accurate appropriation and calculations
-Maintain accurate records of expenses
-Assures confidential personnel files are under lock and key
-Assist the Regional Director in meeting educational and training deadlines for the department.
-Acts as a resource for the department in related matters, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains department, hospital, and system policies and/or procedures for the Regional Director and
department
-Timekeeper for DT/NE/ and Kershaw, as well as maintain their day-to-day schedules for the Regional Director
