As a Selling Associate my job included bringing merchandise out onto the sales floor, changing floor pads, greeting customers, recommending products and selling credit cards.

As a closing Team Lead my job included overseeing the stores closing procedures, ensuring all team members were completing tasks and at the end of the night would conduct a walk through of the store to verify presentation and security standards were met. I directed and supported team members across various departments and handled on the spot coaching and feedback when needed.

As a Service and Engagement Team Lead I had the responsibility of leading the front of the store. My job included setting the tone for guest interaction at checkout, driving loyalty programs, ensuring the team was providing great customer service to guests and resolving any guest concerns or escalations.

As a style team member I brought product out onto the sales floor, worked in the fitting room, and recovered areas in the style department. While I was in this role I was cross trained in various departments in the store and have experience with visual merchandising as well.
