- Provide hybrid/virtual collaboration that is engaging, accurate, and robust to allow all department teams to analyze and discuss growth trends, challenges, and successes while forecasting.
- Social emotional representative for the company from 5/2020- current for all teams, utilizing extensive relationships to reach out and grow a pipeline of employees and leaders. This SEL push is designed to retain employees and promote health and well-being.
