  • Engaging talent for Marketing, Sales (on trade and off trade), Brand,
    HR, Procurement, IT, Legal and Finance. From entry level to Director for
    all departments.
  • 0% agency usage by using multiple sources such as, LinkedIn, social
    sourcing, Indeed, Reed, About.me, x-ray search, boolean, Monster and
    more.
  • 360 recruitment - role brief with the hiring manager, creating and
    posting job ads, screening (ATS icims), sourcing, interviewing
    candidates (face to face, phone, Skype or video interviews), scheduling
    interviews with hiring manager, making g offers and completing
    onboarding for the team member.
  • Quarterly reporting into the leadership team with market insights,
    recruitment activity, identifying skill gaps internally and continuous
    recruiting strategy moving forward using PowerPoint.
  • Graduate Program - Help run with the wider team by visiting colleges,
    creating video's of the current grads and facilitate the interview days
    for each department.

  • Internal and external 360 recruitment for marketing, brand,
    buying/trading, IT, finance and HR for the UK and global teams.
  • Highly involved coordinating Internal and external career fairs.
  • Managed one sourcer, weekly meetings, development planning and
    training.
  • Own and deliver the overall recruitment strategy ensuring attraction
    methods and talent pipelines meet the needs of the business
    functions.
  • Ensure excellent stakeholder management across HR partners and
    business leads allowing the recruitment strategy to seamlessly align to
    the people agenda and overall business objectives.
  • Lead essential project activity which will enhance and continually

Accomplishments

    Key Note Speaker - Walgreens Boots Alliance

    I was asked by Boots UK to be the key note speaker when we merged with
    Walgreens to discuss the USA culture differences vs the UK.

    FIRM Awards 2016 & 2017 (UK)

    Our team at Molson Coors was nominated for best Social Media Strategy and Recruitment Team of the Year (won 2016).

    Social Ninja -Social Talent Black Belt Certificate

    Online training course on recruitment and social selling programmes containing over 80 hours of content featuring insights from Industry experts.

    Oceanic Society

    Spent time in Belize with the Oceanic Society research team to work on the
    Manatee Recovery Plan, which was developed as a result of the Endangered
    Species Act. Happy to say Manatees are no longer on the endanger list!
