· Responsible for carrying out technical and administrative tasks related to the administration of the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program. I currently evaluate, monitor, and manage the PBV wait lists for the selection of clients to be housed under the HUD Project Based Voucher program. The utilization of analytical skills to interpret the waitlist and ensure its accuracy.

· Currently utilize customer service skills to communicate orally and in writing all correspondence necessary for the approval on the Project Based Voucher Program.

· Developed tracking systems to analyze and evaluate data as it relates to the total amount of vacancies to be filled withing each property.

· Currently oversee 19 FWHS (Fort Worth Housing Solutions) properties that are in contract with the agency to provide subsidy assistance to its clients.

· Assist applicants with inquiries via telephone, email, and face to face utilizing interpersonal skill to have a clear understanding of their needs.

· Create Power Point presentations that are presented to train all FWHS property manager illustrating the process, requirements, and flow process of the PBV program.

· Conduct PBV Briefings to all clients approved for the PBV program utilizing an PowerPoint presentation that provides rules and regulations each participant much adhere to while on the PBV program.

· Reviews letters and forms to ensure conformance to current HUD (Housing and Urban Development) regulations and FWHS policy for supervisory approval.

· Review HAP (Housing Assistance Payments) contracts to ensure financial payments are accurate for each participant approved for the PBV program.

· Initiate termination of assistance of families for non-compliance, or non-performance, or other grounds

· Evaluate risks related to the safety of each participant to ensure the quality of the community is in living condition.

· Assure that participants are treated fairly under the Fair Housing regulations.
